A healthy protein rich 10 mins breakfast. You can prepare it for evening snack too. I served it with homemade hummus 😋My kids loved it .

It’s made from finger millet flour,sorghum flour, chickpea flour, sooji and little rice flour , add some spices garlic powder, red chilly powder, cumin powder, salt and some carrom seeds. You can add choice of yours shredded vegetables and add water. Keep the consistency like dosa batter, and ready to cook. Take a pan and keep the stove on medium flame. Take one big spoon of batter and spread it like pancake and cook it on both sides. You can sprinkle some shredded cheese too. Yummy protein rich vegetarian healthy food is ready.Enjoy 😊
