A Terrazzo Floor with flavor. When Green Polishing Solutions was hired by Super Peach, a new anchor restaurant in Westfield’s high-profile landmark, we walked in on concrete flooring that looked like it had been through combat. What’s more, the specifications in the blueprint were vague. We stepped into our role as build-out designer, working with Rapid Set True, a highly regarded concrete brand, to create terrazzo flooring to accent the eatery’s bold, standout color scheme. We met these significant challenges, both in restoration and design, while working with a 4 AM start time to avoid disrupting the shopping day. The result was magnificent.

Something to show off. Design firms need visually impressive show rooms. A+R Furniture, Lighting and Décor, in in the produce market area of Downtown LA , has a trendy look and hip clients, and that’s what the showroom floor needed to reflect in more ways than one. Our challenge was to transform a concrete floor in one of LA’s oldest buildings from near wreckage into something to show off. We succeeded in creating a floor that enhances everything on top of it.

A clean canvas. Dr. Barbara Sturm, world-renowned for her anti-inflammatory philosophy and high-end anti-aging skin products, hired Green Polishing Solutions to assist in the remodel of her facility near Melrose in Los Angeles. We were pleased to find a well-maintained concrete floor that presented a clean canvas for us to beautify. However, the business remained open during the day, necessitating a nighttime work schedule while the residential location mandated a minimum noise level. Moreover, the extensive product on display in the showroom had to be removed in the evening
