We’re currently seeking an Architect Project Manager to join our team in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

This role involves designing and managing projects from concept to completion while helping deliver thoughtful, high-quality architecture that serves our clients and communities well.

What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor of Architecture degree
• Proficiency in architectural software + MS Office Suite
• Strong communication and project management skills

Salary range: $75,000–$95,000
Potential advancement opportunity to Senior Architect
Relocation package negotiable if needed

Back in February, our team had the opportunity to connect with students at the Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe High School Career Fair!

With over 100 colleges and vendors in attendance, the turnout was incredible, and so was the curiosity! Students stopped by our table to ask thoughtful questions about architecture, interior design, and what a career in the industry really looks like.

This was our first time participating in the event, and it was a meaningful opportunity to share what we do while encouraging the next generation as they begin exploring their future paths. We’ve already welcomed two students into the office for job shadowing so they can see what the day-to-day really looks like.

We’re excited to be part of events like this moving forward and to keep supporting students as they discover where their interests can take them!

The redevelopment of the Hamilton Hotel at 714 Cherry Street marked the first LEED-certified building in Chattanooga, earning Gold Level certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Working with a century-old building always comes with its challenges—but that’s also where the opportunity is. This project was about finding the balance between preserving what mattered and introducing thoughtful, sustainable design that would carry it forward.

From the green roof and living wall to the use of renewable and salvaged materials, every detail played a part in creating a space that feels both intentional and forward-thinking.

It was also an honor to receive the Sophia Long Award for Excellence in Historical Renovation from Cornerstones, Inc..
