We have eggs! Our ladies have finally paid rent again!
Due to feed costs going up by more than half, I'm afraid I've also had to raise the price. Fresh, free range...$4 a dozen.

Hello spring! Parsley, cilantro, thyme, sage, rosemary, dill, basil and a hand full of green beans (i may or may not have eaten some 😉) and yesterday I made watermelon/ cherry jelly... still getting a dozen eggs a day from my chickens and have lots of duck and goose eggs!

Today on
1 jar of pickled eggs, a batch of chocolate chip cookies,a batch of homemade potato chips, 2 bags of kale got put in the freezer and a jar of parsley picked and dehydrated.
(Plus boring stuff like dishes, vacuuming and dusting and laundry)
