Let’s talk about something real today—rude customers.

Here’s the truth: we don’t tolerate it.

You don’t get to disrespect or bully us.

We're talking about customers who send angry messages when their order is ready to ship ahead of time—like 4 days—from a listing that clearly states a 7–10 day turnaround… and it’s still not good enough.

The customers who order the wrong item… then try to make it the seller’s problem instead of their own.

If you come in aggressive, disrespectful, or looking to place blame where it doesn’t belong, your order will be canceled before it’s even created.

You’ll be refunded.

And you’ll be blocked from ordering with us again.

No back and forth. No exceptions.

We work hard. Every piece is created with intention. We communicate clearly. That deserves basic respect.

The world is already tough enough—we’re not adding unnecessary stress to our business or our day.

Respect goes both ways. Always.
