Recognize this piece? Well, as much as I loved the previous version in black, I guess nobody else did, so after several months, it was time to try again with a lighter color. A classic like Vintage Duck Egg always brings out the beauty in a piece. It's never an easy decision to repaint. With this piece, I had to strip the wax off and scrub with mineral spirits and White Lightning, then scuff sand again then clean and start the prep all over. I ordered new k***s for a more updated look, plus I just couldn't bring myself to strip 10 k***s. Hope you like this version! Paint and White Lightning by Dixie Belle. I spent the morning shuffling some things around in my space. I coraled the small decor into one area and set the furniture in it's own room. I just felt like moving things around and giving the smalls their own space for ease of shopping. I now need to add additional lighting and another rug. I have a few to choose from in my storage unit. What color do you think would work? (Can't use anything white/light in a retail space as it would get too dirty).
