Hello everyone! It’s been a quick minute!

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and that you’re doing well. There have been lots of life changes happening here at the Deacon Paige Homestead—aka Peaseblossom’s—which is why we’ve been a little MIA. As we’ve been decking the halls for the holidays, I came across some goodies I thought I’d share. These items are cash only with pick-up in Brimfield.

Stay tuned—there’s more to come! Even though we aren’t officially open, the shop is full.

After much consideration we have decided to close our booth at Stone House Antique Center. We are offering 20% off all items over $10 cash or check. We will close the booth towards the end of January, so if there’s anything you can’t live without, please make sure to visit beforehand.

At this time we do not have any plans to offer hours at the homestead for 2024.

I am SO excited!

I had an idea for a wreath, so I reached out to my friend at Twiggy Blooms Co and she knocked it out of the ballpark! Not only did she make a wreath for our front door, exactly as I had envisioned, but she also made coordinating pieces for our tavern door and privy!

We finally made it back up to Vermont! I was going to fill the booth with some of the wonderful pieces we’ve been picking but unfortunately, there were more “missing” items from my booth, so instead, I simplified.

Project update!

If you’ve been following my page for any amount of time, you know I love sharing a good thing!

I had a custom floorcloth made for our entry and it just arrived! It’s a super tight place and it is really, really hard to get a good picture. Plus, it’s raining, so there are footprints all over and it isn’t laying flat yet because I JUST unrolled it BUT I had to share because it is EXACTLY how I envisioned it!

The process was quick and painless - the hardest part was waiting (if you know me, you also know that I am very impatient!) and the craftsmanship is top notch!
