Adina Hall Design

The most beautiful spaces aren't built by a contractor or a designer alone, they're built through collaboration.

In this conversation with our incredible design partner, Adina Hall Design, we're reflecting on what made this project so successful.

The crown jewel of the home is the backlit Patagonia stone island, but bringing that vision to life took seamless coordination between our team, the design team, the millworker, stone fabricator, electrician, and installer.

Every detail had to be carefully planned and executed.

We also talk about the design details that make this home feel special, and why strong collaboration between the general contractor and the designer leads to a smoother process, better craftsmanship, and ultimately a better experience for the homeowner.

Every great renovation begins with a vision, and becomes reality through collaboration.
Our clients were ready for a new chapter but didn't want to leave the neighborhood and home they loved. Instead of moving, they chose to completely transform the home they had built so many memories in.

It was a privilege for MG Bros Construction to bring that vision to life.

Working alongside the talented designer Adina Hall Design, we turned ideas into a home that feels brand new while preserving everything our clients loved about it.

Hearing them say they "moved without moving" is one of the greatest compliments we could ever receive.

A sincere thank you to our wonderful clients for placing their trust in us, and to Adina Hall Designesign for the opportunity to collaborate on such a beautiful project. We are proud of what we created together and grateful to have been part of this incredible transformation.

The strongest rooms are not decorated first; they are resolved first. When structure, circulation, and proportion are set early, the room feels calm, natural, and complete.

Swipe for the before! Reusing old doors from a dumpster in town to live on in their “new” old home. Lovely story!

In love with the sublime details of this kitchen. The way the aqua tile mirrors the color of this property’s pool and how the structured grid comes together with the organic wallpaper and it is all brightened by the light shaker cabinets that are contrasted by the royal castle style work table…all accented by custom cast copper
hardware…
