About Lunar Forest Candle Co

Hey there for those that don’t know me, I’m Keli, the maker behind Lunar Forest Candle Co. I grew up in Crystal Lake, IL, spending my days cruising lakes, sand-bucketing tadpoles, and fishing with my dad, where I learned the art of curiosity and resilience. My family’s roots are filled with movement, road trips most summers —my grandpa was a traveling truck driver turned direction-giver—and that restless desire to explore still fuels me today.

Pouring candles started as a creative outlet, a way to learn and connect with something bigger than myself. It became more than just a craft—it became a practice of purpose, endurance, and growth. For me, candle-making ties back to the luminous origins of existence itself, a spiritual connection that resonates deeply with many.

After four years of experimenting with candles and cement goods, I’m thrilled for the journey ahead. Lunar Forest Candle Co is my way of weaving nature, curiosity, and intention into something serving purpose and holding space. It’s a reflection of who I am: a Mom, Maker, and well, Candle Abuser.
