A grand entrance, designed from the ground up.

This entry is a glimpse into the design language carried throughout this entire home. As part of a major renovation, we designed the architecture and interiors together—from the sweeping staircase and custom ironwork to the millwork, Venetian plaster, and stone.

The goal was formal but approachable, layering architectural details with tailored furnishings, found pieces, and artwork selected specifically for the home.

Considered, collected, and meant to be lived in.

By integrating storage and seating into the architecture, the space feels intentional and cohesive without sacrificing comfort. Every element has a purpose, creating an office that supports both focused work and moments of retreat.

In this Barrington Hills home, a refined butler's pantry creates a seamless transition into the formal dining room. A neutral palette, custom cabinetry, and generous countertop provide a clean and functional foundation while maintaining the understated elegance of the surrounding spaces.

Designed to support both everyday use and entertaining, the pantry offers practical storage and preparation space without interrupting the visual flow into the dining room. Every detail is intentionally integrated to make the transition between function and formal living feel effortless.
