Thai Mango Salad🥭🥒🫑

Ingredients:
Ripe mango-1
Cucumber-2
Bell pepper- 1/2
Onion- 1/4
Mint leaves/ cilantro- 2 Tbs
Roasted peanuts- 3 Tbs
For the dressing:
Lime juice- 2 Tbs
Soy sauce- 2 Tbs
Brown sugar- 1 Tbs
Grated garlic- 1 clove
Crushed Thai chili- 1
Preparation:
Cut the Mango and vegetables into thin slices and set it aside
Combine all the ingredients of the sauce
Pour the sauce into the cut vegetables and mix well
Top with chopped mint/ cilantro and roasted peanuts
