There’s a saying in the candle world called the “84 Candle Rule” — before launching, you should create and give away 80 test candles and personally test 4 yourself. The idea is simple: refine everything from wax blends and wicks to fragrance performance and throw before bringing a product to market.
Truthfully, there’s something really valuable in slowing down and testing well. Behind the scenes we’ve been pouring, burning, adjusting, refining scents, comparing vessels, and thoughtfully building what we hope becomes part of your everyday rituals.
