Logan Square, Chicago — real transformation 👇

This duplex main floor had severe pet urine damage… the smell was overwhelming and the flooring was beyond saving.

We went all the way down to the source:
• Removed damaged flooring + old pine subfloor
• Rebuilt the structure using 2 layers of 1/2” plywood (glued together) to match existing bedroom floor height
• Installed 1/4” cork underlayment (full-spread glue) for added comfort + sound control
• Installed brand new maple hardwood flooring

Final finish:
Bona Classic Sealer + 4 coats of Bona Traffic HD (satin)

Result? Clean, durable, odor-free floors built to last — not just covered up.

This is the difference between a quick fix… and doing it the right way.

A complete interior update done the right way.

We refinished existing hardwood floors on both levels using Bona NordicSeal for a lighter, natural look, finished with Bona Traffic HD matte.

The staircase was fully updated by refinishing the existing treads, posts, and handrails, and installing new iron spindles.

Coordinating floors, stairs, and details under one process makes all the difference.
