Green goddess dressing is the one I keep in the fridge all week. It's bright, herby and creamy, with a little tang from lemon and garlic. Drizzle it on a crisp salad, spoon it over roasted veggies, dunk fries or chicken in it, stir it into grain bowls, or spread it on a sandwich. Basically, if it needs a little something, this is the something.

Ingredients:
-A handful of arugula, chives, and dill (equal amounts)
-3/4 c plain Greek yogurt, full fat is best
-juice from one whole lemon
-3 to 5 garlic cloves (depending on how garlicky you like it)
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp onion powder
-1 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp pepper
-1/3 c olive oil

Blend the ingredients together and jar it up!
