Lately, I've been having horrible anxiety in the mornings and it is not fun. I'll be glad when this passes. Light exercise seems to be the thing that helps me out the most when I get caught up in it. What's something that you've found that helps your anxiety? I hope you have a great day.

Making more lemon scented solid dish soaps in green and white ramekins. These smell wonderful, are tough on grease, and last for so long. Have you made the swap to solid dish soap yet?
