Here’s an interesting twist on chili, a Irish-Mexican fusion chili that features avocado, bacon, and Guinness! The recipe, found on website, calls for a 16-ounce can of Guinness! This is a pretty extensive recipe with instructions on the Short Rib Chili, the toppings, and Chili-Lime sour cream!
