Yep. Carpet Masters also does terrazzo as well and vct floors. The top layer is where all the dirt is and removing a few layers of wax before reapplying makes all the difference.
Our technician has over 32 years of experience getting those floors looking good.

Ewwww.. that sure was dirty! Actually all that dirt was what had stuck to the soapy chemical that wasn’t fully extracted from the last tenants attempt to clean the carpets.

How it started to how it ended.
Last tenants used a portable/rental carpet cleaner.
There was SO MUCH soap in the carpts my vacuum motor coild not handle it.
After fixing the issue the results speak for themselves !
TIP: when using a rental please follow these directions..
1. Read the product(s) directions.
2. After you’ve finished the user guides recommended directions PLEASE go over the carpet again with only water (no chemical) at least 2 more times to flush said chemical solution out.
3. Run over it again at least 2 times. Dry passes only to remove as much moisture as possible.
