We had a long list of updates we wanted to make when we bought this house last summer, but replacing the flooring was at the top of it all. We had a first floor full of old, worn out hardwood and dated carpet. All I wanted was the same flooring throughout, but with 1400+ sq ft to replace, it was looking EXPENSIVE.

We went with Select Surfaces from Sam's Club in the shade “Victoria” in the Gallery Series Premium Laminate Flooring line, and I absolutely cannot wait to see how this flooring changes our entire home! 😍

First little glimpse of Christmas over here, and keeping it minimal since most of our decorations are packed away in the basement reno where we can’t get to them 🥲

6 months in, and I am still obsessed with my Valencia Nathan Aniline Sofa from ! It was the perfect addition to this open floor plan space and warms everything up so well!

Picking out all the little pieces to come together for one big vision was the best part of this renovation. I cannot tell you how good it feels to go from mood board to (almost) final product and seeing it the way you did in your head- but better! 🥲
