Homemade Oatmeal Coconut Wellness Bars for dogs shaped like soap-style squares
Ingredients:
* 1 cup (90 g) oat flour (finely blended from plain oats)
* 1/2 cup (120 g) unsweetened pumpkin purée (plain)
* 1/4 cup (64 g) peanut butter (xylitol-free, unsalted)
* 1/4 cup (20 g) unsweetened shredded coconut (finely chopped)
* 1 tbsp (15 ml) coconut oil (melted)
* 1 large egg (lightly beaten)
* 2 tbsp (16 g) ground flaxseed (freshly ground)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a small square baking pan or silicone bar mold with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, combine oat flour, shredded coconut, and ground flaxseed.
3. Add pumpkin purée, peanut butter, melted coconut oil, and egg. Mix until a thick dough forms.
4. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan to about 3/4 inch (2 cm) thick, creating a smooth top similar to the square bars shown in the picture.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until firm and lightly golden around the edges.
6. Cool completely in the pan.
7. Remove and cut into 8 square bars. If using molds, unmold after cooling.
8. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving for a firmer texture.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
