Good day of nailing up on this huge hyde park remodel and addition for Eastside Builders, Inc . 1400 sq ft of new flooring going in and almost 2000 ft job total. This is a look at the new master suite, we will be rolling next week on the first floor as well

We toothed in new select white oak into this previous hexagon shaped carpeted family room. Did various repairs for removed pillars and walls, added all new flush mount vents and wood on 2 pie landings for a cleaner transition to the steps. We will give this remodel a fresh new look with refinishing starting Monday.

We replaced some water damaged flooring in the kitchen and then refinished approximately 2,200 square feet of existing 5" red oak. 50/50 medium gray and jacobean and over 500 lineal feet of new toe strip. Topped with a satin waterbase finish

This job turned out amazing we added wood in the master bedroom and a set of wood steps and landing to the basement. We then refinished everything dark walnut and added new white cloverleaf toe strip. Cool house on the airport

We tore out existing ceramic tile in the kitchen and carpet in the sunken great room, added matching hardwood, then refinished everything to a provincial stain with a satin finish. They are also updating all the risers to white painted for a more modern look
