I love Catfish, so today me and the air fryer gave it a whirl. My first time making Catfish Nuggets and the first time in air fryer. Delish, although I do know a few things I would do differently or improve upon. All in all …crisp on outside, light and flaky breading and moist on inside. No grease or oil, so let’s say healthy too.

God works in mysterious ways and I know there is a message there but I’m still decoding it. I went to run an errand and there was a Mexican Restaurant next door, I have not had Mexican food I would say since March. So I went in and ordered as I was sitting there a guy walked in, I could tell he was homeless and wanted something to eat. He tried to bargain with the owner he had $5 and asked if he could have a taco and she said no. It upset me because a taco is usually less than $5 I waved at the Owner at the counter and said let him order I will pay for him, he thanked me immediately. We sat across from one another as we ate and talked. He asked where I was from I said Indiana and he said I’m from Gary I told him I was born there. He went in to say he still had family around there. As we talked he asked my name and he told me his but said you can call me Lolo that’s what my friends call me. As he left when he opened the door he looked back and said next time we are both here it will be my treat. God Bless you Lolo, I hope so. I guess home is always closer than you think.

I would like to thank Everyone for telling me how to do the bypass. I wondered where everybody had been!
This is good to know: It's ridiculous to have over 1000 friends and only 25 are allowed to see my post.
It WORKS!! I have a whole new news feed. I’m seeing posts from people I haven’t seen in years.
Here’s how to bypass the system FB now has in place that limits posts on your news feed.
Their new algorithm chooses the same few people - about 25 - who will read your posts. Therefore,
Hold your finger down anywhere in this post and "copy" will pop up. Click "copy". Then go your page, start a new post and put your finger anywhere in the blank field. "Paste" will pop up and click paste.
This will bypass the system.

OMG! I blistered some tomatoes in a robust California olive oil with garlic/herb spices (lycopene heaven) in the air fryer and then made a flat bread pie with mozzarella, prosciutto, garlic and finished with a balsamic glaze. The tomatoes are sweet and juicy when they pop. I must say Girls Gotta Eat did good today but I think I can still kick it up a notch. Buen Provecho
