It's that time of year again. Swarm season. If you see this, don't be alarmed. Actually, this is when the bees are most docile. They're temporarily 'hanging out,' until a new location, for them to build a hive, can be found. They can leave in an hour, or possibly, in a week, but they will leave. Do not try to kill them, or disrupt them and DON'T call a professional service, to remove them! You will be charged, for something that Mother Nature (or Z’s Bees) will do, for free. If we have an empty hive, we will re-home them, for you. If we don't have room, we will try to reach out to a keeper, who may. We do NOT deal with bees in a wall, eaves, chimney, etc., as that is not a swarm, but a hive.
Big difference!

We want to thank all, who braved the unexpected weather, who made our little sale a success! The good news: our ladies cooperated, by giving us a rare spring harvest. The bad news: the 1 jar limit. We hope that everyone understands, why we did that.
The more people who are able to enjoy that 'liquid gold,' the better! Z's Bees and Olive & Penn's Farm, Honey & Homestead Sale seems to get better and better and with more products, every year!
We're looking forward to seeing you all again, in the fall!
