🍫🍪 Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients:Chocolate Cake:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 + 1/8 cup Hershey’s Special Dark Cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 large egg
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup boiling water
Eggless Cookie Dough:
6 tbsp butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup flour (heat treated)
1–2 tsp milk
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Ice Cream:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream)
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Additional:
4–8 oz Cool Whip for icing
Additional mini chocolate chips for decorating
Chocolate sauce, if desired
Directions:

Chocolate Cake:
Preheat oven to 300°F. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix in egg, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add boiling water. Bake in two 8-inch pans for 25-30 minutes. Cool and level tops.
Eggless Cookie Dough:
Cream butter and sugar. Mix in vanilla, then flour and milk. Stir in chocolate chips. Form into balls; chill.
Ice Cream:
Blend cream cheese, brown sugar, milk, and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip and chocolate chips. Add cookie dough balls.
Assembly:
Line a springform pan with parchment. Layer cake and ice cream mixture alternately, freezing each layer before adding the next. Freeze until firm.
Decorate:
Cover with Cool Whip, sprinkle with chocolate chips, and drizzle with chocolate sauce.

Death by Chocolate Poke Cake

Ingredients:
1 15.25 oz box Betty Crocker Devil's Food Chocolate Cake Mix
3 eggs
½ cup oil
½ cup water
1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 1.55 ounce milk chocolate Hershey bars, broken into rectangles
2 cups heavy whipped cream (chilled)
½ cup powdered sugar
⅓ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mini Chocolate Chips for topping
Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup for drizzling
Directions:

Preheat your oven and prepare the chocolate cake mix according to the package instructions using eggs, oil, and water. Bake in a greased 9x13 cake pan.
Once baked, immediately poke holes all over the cake using the end of a mixing spoon.
In a medium bowl, microwave sweetened condensed milk and Hershey Chocolate Bars for 45 seconds, stirring until smooth. Pour this mixture over the cake, ensuring it seeps into the holes.
Allow the cake to cool on the counter for an hour, then refrigerate for 2 hours to let the sweet mixture soak in.
For the topping, use a chilled mixing bowl to whip the heavy cream until it starts to thicken. Gradually add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract, and whip until stiff peaks form.

For the Cake:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
3 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1 cup pecans, chopped
For the Salted Caramel:
1 cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup heavy cream, warmed
1 teaspoon sea salt
For the Chocolate Ganache:
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup dark chocolate chips
For Garnish:
Whole pecans
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans.
For the Cake Batter:
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
Gradually mix in the dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk, starting and ending with the dry ingredients. Fold in chopped pecans.
Divide batter evenly between prepared pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Ingredients:

1 box chocolate cake mix
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 cup peanut butter, creamy
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs according to the package instructions.
Pour half of the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
In another bowl, mix peanut butter, cream cheese, and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and beat until combined.
Spoon dollops of the peanut butter mixture over the cake batter in the pan.
Top with remaining cake batter, spreading lightly to cover.
Sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans over the top.

Decadent Brownie and Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Cake 🍪🍫

Ingredients:

Brownie Layers:

1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp each of salt and vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
Cookie Dough Filling:

1 cup butter, room temperature
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup peanut butter
2 1/4 cups flour (heat treated)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Ganache Topping:

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Method:

Prepare the Brownies:
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line two 8-inch cake pans with parchment and grease.
In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in sugar and then remove from heat. Add eggs, vanilla, cocoa, salt, and mix well. Mix in flour and chocolate chips.
Divide batter into pans, bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool.
Cookie Dough Layer:
With an electric mixer, beat butter, sugars, and peanut butter. Add flour, salt, milk, and vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips.
Make Ganache:
Heat cream until simmering, then pour over chocolate chips. Let sit, then stir until smooth.
Assemble the Cake:
Stack a brownie base, top with cookie dough, add second brownie, top with more cookie dough, and finish with ganache.

Dark Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients:

For the Dark Chocolate Cheesecake:

- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1/3 cup melted unsalted butter

- 24 oz softened cream cheese

- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 3 large eggs

- 1/4 cup Kahlua

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips

For the Kahlua Truffles:

- 1/2 cup heavy cream

- 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips

- 2 tbsp Kahlua

- Cocoa powder or chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions:

1. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a greased springform pan.

2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, Kahlua, and vanilla. Fold in cocoa powder and dark chocolate chips.

3. Pour mixture over crust and bake.

4. Cool, then refrigerate.

5. Heat cream until simmering. Pour over dark chocolate chips. Add Kahlua. Chill until firm.

6. Roll mixture into balls and coat in cocoa powder or chocolate shavings.

7. Serve cheesecake slices topped with truffles.

Ingredients:📋

1 pre-made cookie dough pie crust
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions:🥣👩‍🍳

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Press the cookie dough into a pie dish and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Let cool completely.

Directions:
