“What’s in a logo?”
For vintage cast iron collectors… everything.

Logos help us date a piece, verify authenticity, understand the foundry, and even predict how it will cook. Here are a few favorites from today’s lineup:

🔸 Griswold — The iconic cross logo, in this example. Griswold has MANY variations, but we will dive into that more in a later post ;-) It's lightweight, smooth, and the gold standard for collectors.
🔸 Wagner Ware Pie Logo — One of the most elegant marks in cast iron history. Known for its balance and silky finish.
🔸 Wa-Pak — A smaller Ohio foundry with underrated performance and unique markings.
🔸 Victor — Griswold’s economy line, but still made with the same molds and quality.
🔸 Favorite — Makers of the beloved “smiley” logo and some of the smoothest pans ever produced.

Every logo tells a story — and every restored piece in our booth is chosen with intention.
