It's Tuesday Treasure time. Show this post at the register to receive 20% off this lovely “Blue Tulip” Cronin pottery ball pitcher. This deal is effective from May 19th through Sunday, May 24th. This piece is from the era circa 1940's to 1950's Mid Century Americana, styled in a gorgeous “robin's egg” blue, with dark cobalt blue stylized tulips. The spout includes a molded ice dam (or ice lip) designed to keep ice cubes from splashing into glasses while pouring. These bulbous pitchers were famously distributed as supermarket promotional premiums during the mid-20th century. Don't miss out on this sweet little piece of history!
