��EMPAD is currently working on some beautiful new retail shops/restaurants located at Stelling North. Mission BBQ & Einstein Bagels are some of the first tenants featured; with a location that boasts a generous 18,000 square feet of space.

��This ground up project is nearing completion and should be open and ready for business very soon!

��A massive thank-you goes out to the team at Bay to Bay Properties Construction, who have had a big part in making this project so exceptional.��

The Shops at Stelling North are located at the intersection of US Hwy 301 and Stelling Drive in Riverview, Florida.

EMPAD is proud to present Dunedin Mix!

Dunedin Mix had a soft opening last month and is now open to the public!

This spot is a great hangout spot for afternoons/evenings. Dunedin Mix showcases 10,000 square feet of fun, with a food hall with a variety of delicious options, a marketplace, an innovative carousel bar, and an open concept turf area with live bands performing on weekends. There’s a speakeasy upstairs, event spaces, and more!

This project features beautiful NOLA French quarter details.

Go check it out, relax, and enjoy the scenic views of the intercoastal!
