Maybe fall has you ready to learn something new—or finally understand something that has always felt just out of reach.

October brings plenty of possibilities.

Learn to crochet. Explore spinning or weaving. Make your first toe-up socks.

Discover how better fit can change a handmade garment, or learn to move from a pattern you love to needles ready to cast on.

You certainly don't need to do it all.
Just notice what calls to you.

October classes are now on the calendar. Save your dates, then stop into Fearless Fibers or email [email protected] to register.

What would you most like to learn—or understand more confidently—this fall?

Three colors.

That’s where your Hygge Shawl begins to become yours.

Maybe you’ll choose colors that melt gently into one another. Maybe you want contrast, a little drama, or one unexpected shade that changes everything.

There isn’t one way your Hygge needs to look. That’s part of the fun.

The official shawl uses six skeins of Malabrigo Caprino—two skeins each of three colors—and we’d love to help you discover the combination that speaks to you.

Registration is open:

Choose your colors. Find your rhythm.
What will your Hygge look like?

There’s something almost magical about watching fiber become yarn.

Your hands learn to draft. The wheel adds twist. Slowly, something entirely new begins winding onto the bobbin—and you made it.

Our September Beginning Spinning class is full, so we’ve added another opportunity this fall.

Beginning Spinning
October 8 & 15 • 5:30–7:30 PM
$125 • Materials included

You’ll begin with the wheel, learn to draft and spin, practice between sessions, then return to ply your singles into your first skein.

If spinning has been calling to you, this may be your turn at the wheel.

Maybe you’ve always wanted to knit.

Maybe you tried once and it never quite clicked. Or maybe cooler days simply have you imagining sweaters, socks, and all the things you’d love to make someday.

This may be the season you begin.

Beginning Knitting gives you a supported place to learn the foundations, discover a method that makes sense to your hands, practice between classes, and complete your first project.

You don’t need to know where knitting will take you.
You only need the first stitch.

The season ahead does not always announce itself with a sweeping plan.

Sometimes it begins with one small project—the kind that lets you follow a beautiful texture, try a shape you have not made before, practice a useful technique, or play with color without committing to something enormous.

These four hats offer four different ways into that feeling:
• Harris Hood by Cheryl Mokhtari — https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/harris-hood
• Cityscape Hat by Tori Yu — https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/cityscape-hat-2
• High Peaks Balaclava by Alexandra Tavel — https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/high-peaks-balaclava
• Sock Tex by Elvee Dickinson — https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/sock-tex

None of these has to become the project you start today. Inspiration can simply help you notice what is calling to you next.

Shape, texture, technique, or color—which doorway feels most like the beginning of your next chapter?

We’ve spent August making room.

Summer favorites found new homes. Shelves began to change. Wool, richer colors, and new project possibilities started appearing.

And now, the next chapter is beginning.

Our Summer Clearance ends Saturday, August 29, with Maker Bundles still 10–30% off and even more fall possibilities joining the mix.

One chapter is closing because we’ve made room for another.

Maybe fall begins with choosing the project that will carry you into it.

Something warm. Something beautiful. Something you'll watch grow as the days begin to change.

The Hygge KAL is that kind of invitation—a project to settle into and a journey we'll share with other makers along the way. Registration is open now, giving you time to explore the project, choose your yarn, and get ready.

Join the Hygge KAL:

Then we'll begin together.

Fall often begins layers.

A cardigan over a favorite tee. Something light enough for warmer afternoons, ready when the evening turns cool. A handmade layer that becomes part of the changing season.

This week’s inspiration brings four cardigan possibilities—each offering a different way to begin imagining fall.

Sometimes the next project begins with a pattern.

Sometimes it begins with a skein already in your stash, a color you love, or simply an idea of what you'd like to make.

Ravelry can help you take that spark and turn it into possibility.

Learn how to search more intentionally, compare patterns, explore what others have made, save ideas, organize your favorites, and discover what your yarn could become.
