👏 Employee Spotlight: Jorge Carvajal 👏
This week we're recognizing Jorge, one of our Residential Technicians who has become an important part of the AAA Glass & Mirror team over the last few years.
If you've watched many of our install reels recently, chances are you've seen Jorge hard at work. He's always moving, always learning, and never afraid to take on something new. From residential glass installations to expanding his skills in shower glass, he's constantly looking for ways to grow.
What stands out most about Jorge isn't just how hard and fast he works—it's the way he cares about the people around him. He has a genuine heart for helping others, is always willing to jump in wherever he's needed, and approaches every job with a positive attitude.
Jorge has become more than just a teammate—he's family. We're thankful for everything he brings to AAA Glass & Mirror and can't wait to see him continue to grow.
