So far, we’ve completed the entire top floor, including all 3 bedrooms. 🙌🏻

But here’s the exciting part… the basement stretches the full length of the house, and we’re just starting to unbox it tomorrow! There is some serious magic hiding down there, and we can’t wait to see what treasures are waiting to be discovered. 😍

Sale days are GREAT days! 🎉

Yes, we work hard… but we also have a lot of fun along the way! From wearable blankets to adorable furry shoppers, you never know what you’ll find at a Barker Estate Sale. 🐾😂

This vintage mirror once hung on the wall of the old S&W Cafeteria in downtown Chattanooga! Imagine all the conversations, celebrations, and memories it witnessed over the years.

It will be available at our sale this weekend, and it’s the perfect piece to bring home if you love local history and one-of-a-kind finds. Trust me, your guests are going to ask about this one!

And from what I’ve heard, S&W wasn’t just known for its décor—they were also famous for serving an incredible strawberry shortcake. 🍓🍰
