Great review from Brian... "I had two companies out to quote. The first, quoted me an astronomical price of $51,000 for my roof. After an hour of trying to sell me that number with my obvious hesitation, he took $8,000 off the price for a job value of $43,000. He left (and took all brochures as well as the bid he wrote up for me leaving me absolutely nothing) and the next day, still trying to gain my business, they reduced it yet another $8,000 down to $35,000.

I then had Shelby Construction come in and quote. Michael was informative and did a great job asking me my concerns. He presented 4 options of quality shingles. We addressed everything. At the end, he basically said, this is my price. No negotiations, no bartering, nothing. Basically the same product for THOUSANDS less than my prior FINAL offer bid! Love Shelby’s direct approach. So I have signed on with Shelby. I will update when the project is complete.

Bottom line, absolutely do not hesitate to have them in for a quote and I’m sure you will see what I saw!"
