Feature: 4 of the 27 first-time-to-Clinton artists setting up tomorrow, alongside dozens of your returning favorites. Artisans, makers, and bakers will cover five city blocks.

Fortuna Bound Books – Alexis hand-binds journals and sketchbooks created from antique and vintage book covers and second-hand, sustainable materials.

✨ Bling by Brill ✨ – Arielle handcrafts wide brimmed hats, blending western edge with subtle sparkle. Because each hat is done by hand, no two hats are the same.

Woven Together – Robert has been basket weaving for 20 years, and uses cane from Vietnam that resembles wood.

Michael Cheney is an artist working in multiple media such as acrylic, oil, and pastel. He draws primarily scenes from nature.

Three previous Best in Show artists are returning to the festival tomorrow!

Fiber/textile: Iliyana Skrobanska’s artwork is created entirely from wool fiber using wet felting and needle‑felting techniques. She is a self-taught fiber artist with over 20 years of experience in felting and creates her artworks intuitively, without sketches or copied images. Her inspirations come from the beauty of nature itself.

Painting: Alex is an en plein air painter (painting from life) whose art is motivated by the desire to capture what photos don’t quite do justice. She aims to capture the feeling, light, and color of a moment in her paintings. She can also be commissioned for live paintings.

Metal: Robert Biscay flame-paints copper, an art form at the intersection of metallurgy, sculpture, and painting. A torch is used to heat the metal to change the color and add patterns. This is his sixth Clinch River festival.
