🍂 Fall is settling in, and those crisp mornings are here to stay! As the temperatures start to drop, it’s important to know when it’s time to wrap up your exterior painting projects for the year.

Most exterior paints and stains need temperatures to stay above 50°F during the day and no lower than 35–40°F at night to properly cure and adhere. Once we start dipping below those numbers, it’s best to wait until spring to tackle outdoor painting.

If you’re not sure whether it’s still safe to paint, stop by the store or give us a call — we’re happy to help you decide!
