Cloverdale Home & Garden "Where plants, community, and service are a way of life." We love plants, nature, and people. We love seeds and try to have an abundant variety for all seasons.

We pride ourselves on honest advice, a friendly atmosphere, and helping our customers with wholesome plant care. Our focus is on succulents and hardy, water wise Mediterranean climate plants (Californian, Australian, South African natives, etc) and of course; edibles. Our gift store is filled with horticultural themed wonders, as well as all the gardener necessities. We carry a great line of organic fertilizers, soils, and garden treatments. We also source locally as often as we can, and are always on the look for new, great products. From the novice to the professional, we are here for you. We are three industry professionals that came together out of our passion for horticulture, to create a nursery that is beautiful, educational, and one of a kind. We look forward to meeting you. Wildflower and cover crop seeds are here! Think a tillable soil-building mix, clover, fava beans, California poppies, insectary mix, and Sonoma County specific native wildflower blend.

We purchase our seeds locally in bulk, weigh and package them in house, so every packet contains 100% seed, no fillers. Many commercially packaged wildflower mixes contain added “inert materials” to help “distribute” the seeds, which means there’s less actual seed than you might expect. That doesn’t fly with us.

So YAY for building healthier soil, supporting pollinators, and bringing a little wild beauty into the garden! 🍁✨🌼🐝

✨Real talk: Yesterday was rough. It was unseasonably hot (like today), and we were feeling the pressure of the economic situation as a small business. Scott & I both didn’t get a proper lunch or break and the idea of the up coming holiday season brought on more stress vs the joy and celebratory energy it should. Fast forward to this morning. A choice had to be made to try to rise out of the funk, so I thought I’ll pop into the bakery to grab breakfast & a treat to start the day on a positive. As soon as I walk in I was greeted with a smile & a how are you. I ordered our burritos, doughnuts & orange juice. The orange juice is in cups in the case ready to go, but the owner rushed into the back to pour one that was literally just squeezed. That did it, I left with my hands full & heart patched as a ‘thank you, have a good day’ rang from behind the counter.

These small moments of kindness & support carry so much power. In uncertain times community is what holds us together, and we are truly grateful to be a part of this one. Thank you to everyone that is there for us, and for giving us the opportunity to be there for you.
