🎄 It’s officially GIVEAWAY TIME! 🎄
Every year around this time, I love giving back to thank you all for your incredible support. As a floral and interior designer, my tradition has always been gifting a custom Christmas wreath or holiday arrangement. But this year, I wanted to do something much more personal.
Instead of sending decor to your doorstep, I am coming to your home to personally style your Christmas tree! ✨
Let’s turn your tree into a designer masterpiece. I’ll bring my professional eye for balance, texture, and holiday magic to create a breathtaking centerpiece for your home using your own cherished decorations.
HOW TO ENTER:
1. Like this post
2. Tag 2 friends in the comments
THE DETAILS:
• Tree size up to a maximum of 7.5 feet.
• Decor and accessories are not included.
• I will work entirely with what you already have!

A little staging love for this property. It’s amazing how light staging can completely warm up a vacant home and make it feel welcoming.

✨ Proof that you don’t always need to start from scratch! ✨
When I first walked into this home, the beautiful architecture was being hidden by some heavy, traditional decor that wasn’t doing the space justice. But as a designer and stager, I love the challenge of balancing the old with the new. 🧩
Instead of clearing everything out, we got strategic:
1️⃣ Lightened the space by removing pieces that felt a bit distracting.
2️⃣ Kept the seller’s best foundational furniture—the timeless pieces we knew we could elevate.
3️⃣ Layered in our own modern staging inventory and styled it to perfection.
Swipe to see what a massive transformation a strategic edit can make! Which room change is your favorite?

In this market, staging isn’t just a nice-to-have—it’s everything. 🎯
With buyers having so many more choices right now, a staged home is what catches their eye, holds their attention, and stands out from the crowd. Our goal with this cute property was to transform the space so buyers can immediately see its full potential.
Don’t just list it. Stage it so it stands out. ✨

Layout is everything. 🛋️✨
Sometimes, leaving a few pieces of furniture behind seems like a shortcut. But if the scale and flow are off, it distracts buyers from the home’s true potential.
For this bedroom, the space had amazing bones—it just needed the right curated pieces to let the architecture breathe.
Buyers don’t just purchase square footage; they purchase how a room makes them feel.Swipe to see the “before” and see what a difference professional layout makes! ➡️
