I just wanted to share a cool app for the journalling-impaired. Phonto allows you to add titles or journalling to pictures before you print them. There are many fonts, colors, and positioning options.

I'm in the early stages of planning a scrapbooking/crafting weekend. I'm thinking about a weekend in October or November. I have been looking at venues, but that would depend on numbers. Did you see Groove Books on Shark Tank? For $2.99 a month you can upload 100 photos from your phone and they print and mail them back to you in a book. They are perforated and dated. you can use my code to get the first month free. Uploading is easy. The quality is pretty good. The value is tremendous! I'm trying something new. Have you heard of pocket scrapbooking? How about Project Life? Here is my take on these concepts. I'm going todo a layout for each week with pictures and journaling about whateber happened diring the week. Rather than using 12x12 pages, I'm using pocket pages designed to hold 4x6 photos. I have horizontal pages and vertical pages. I have last week's pages almost done. I'll try to get a photo up when I get it done.
