😍 Hi! I’m Gina — a Registered Nurse for nearly 20 years 🩺 (critical care, cardiac cath lab, and now PACU) and the creator of Topals Treasures ✨
During the COVID-19 pandemic, nursing was one of the most stressful seasons of my career. I needed something that cleared my mind and brought me joy — and it started with a simple little candle-making kit from Target. What began as something fun and silly quickly turned into a passion.
I dove into the science of candle making (yes… it truly is a science 🔥 and even involves math! 😉), discovered high-end fragrance oils from CandleScience, upgraded from a double boiler on my stove to an entire “candle room,” and in March 2022, I officially turned my hobby into a business.
As a nurse, safety matters to me — especially what we breathe in. ❤️ My soy-blend candles are vegan, slow-burning, and made with high-quality fragrance oils formulated without phthalates, carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive disruptors, organ toxins, or acute toxins. Every candle is hand-poured with lots of LOVE 💕 and, of course, finished with those special little “treasures.” 🏴☠️✨
And now… FALL has officially joined the shelves at Quinton’s Crafthouse! 🍂🎃
My current candles in those beautiful embossed glass jars are still available, but now some fall favorites have been added to the mix!
🎃 The 13 oz Jack-O-Lantern candles are scented in Pumpkin Roll — and seriously, you can’t walk past them without wanting to take a sniff.
🍎 There are also several 11 oz fall candles available in Pumpkin Pie, Red Apple, Toasted Marshmallow, and Harvest Apple.
And did you notice the wax warmers on the shelves? 👀 Topals Treasures now has both a large and a small plug-in Halloween wax warmer available — and those would pair PERFECTLY with the Pumpkin Pie wax melts. 🎃
Ohhhh, and somehow the ONLY TWO highly coveted Rose Quartz wax melts managed to surface and make their way onto the shelves too. 💗😂 If you know, you know.
Huge shout-out to Quinton’s Crafthouse — especially Suzie, Jason, and Gladys — for taking care of the weekend restock, giving my booth a little facelift, and even taking photos for me while I continue healing from spinal surgery. I appreciate you guys more than you know. ❤️
