Nutter Butter Peanut Butter Truffles
Ingredients:
- 1 package (16 oz) Nabisco Nutter Butter Cookies
- 1 block (8 oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 bag (10 oz) Ghirardelli White Chocolate Melting Wafers
- 2 tbsp Fisher Chopped Peanuts (optional garnish)
Instructions:
1. Pulse the Nabisco Nutter Butter cookies in a food processor until they are fine crumbs.
2. In a bowl, thoroughly mix the cookie crumbs, softened Philadelphia cream cheese, and Jif creamy peanut butter until a thick dough forms.
3. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls, place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and freeze for 20 minutes.
4. Melt the Ghirardelli white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl until completely smooth.
5. Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, place back on the parchment, and immediately sprinkle with Fisher chopped peanuts before the chocolate sets.
