They say that being an entrepreneur is like "jumping off of a building and trying to invent a parachute on the way down". Similarly, I always recall a joke about a guy who jumped off of a 100 story building. When someone on the 50th floor yelled to him, "How's it going?", the falling man quickly responded, "So far, so good." I sometimes feel like I jumped off of that 100 story building thirteen years ago and every day I am vigorously working to invent my own parachute. One of my personal quotes is, "I'm tired of waiting for my ship to come in. I'm going to build the damned thing myself." This has truly been my story since 2010.
