-When will I get my wreath?
----> I go down the list of my wreath orders. This time frame may vary depending on customization, cost/availability of materials, and where your order is on the wait list. Wreaths may ship any time between 1 to 3 weeks after payment is received (which can take up to 5 busines
s days).
-How long does shipment take?
----> Shipping time varies depending on your location. Wreaths are either shipped 2-3 day priority or 2-9 day standard. All wreaths are shipped with the USPS and will be insured.
-Do you do custom orders?
----> Of course! If you would like a custom request, please feel free to message me your vision! I am always open to new ideas.
-Where should I hang my wreath?
----> It is VERY important to follow all Burlap Wreath Care instructions pictured in each listing. It is best to place your wreath INSIDE, or under a COVERED porch area and away from direct sunlight. If your wreath is exposed to harsh elements, I recommend spraying it with UV protection.
-Will my wreath fade?
----> If placed outside, yes, over time all burlap will fade or experience sun damage (as with any outdoor decor exposed to the sun). It will fade a lot quicker if placed in direct sunlight. UV Spray will help slow the process of fading. Burlap Wreaths By Morgon is not responsible for any weather damage to your wreath and will not refund if this occurs. All Sales Are Final.
