We've asked a lot of questions about several different topics in BBQ lately, and only one thing has really come from it: No one agrees, and everyone has a different answer. 🤔

People who attend BBQ competitions assume they are the GOATs. 🐐 You get credit for a clean box and appearance. 🤣 Ever been to a clean BBQ?
Normal everyday people just want to make great BBQ with their friends and family. No one needs a show pony to ride a horse. 🐴

Old-timers are stuck in their ways and hate change. That's okay too. Stop hating on people who want easier BBQ they can enjoy every day if they want. No one wants to live at the grill anymore. 🔥

Then we have heard from all the know-it-all guys, I'm sure, correcting people and stating why everything is wrong. Some of you really need to stop. 🛑

How about we come together and help the real people who want really great BBQ at their home with their family and friends?
Embrace change, help provide direction, and be supportive..

45-minute backyard dinner 🔥

These BBQ Chicken Nachos are what happens when you stop treating nachos like a snack and start respecting them like a full meal.

Grilled BBQ chicken, melted cheese, black beans, jalapeños, red onion, and crispy chips all piled together and finished hot off the grill.

This is where backyard arguments get real. 🔥

When the plate hits the table… what matters more?

SIDES MATTER AS MUCH AS MEAT
Because no BBQ plate is complete without the extras.

OR

SIDES DON’T MATTER AT ALL
If the meat is right, everything else is just noise.

Side Dish Series keeps getting louder 🔥

These Grilled Peach Bourbon Baked Beans are not your average cookout side.

Slow-smoked beans, crispy bacon, caramelized onion, sweet grilled peaches, a splash of bourbon, and just enough BBQ depth to make people go back for “one more spoon” until it’s gone.

Backyard court is officially in session. 🔥

PELLET SMOKING IS REAL SMOKING.
Truth or lie?

Some say if it runs wood pellets and produces smoke, it counts.
Others say real smoke comes from fire management, not automation.

Weeknight dinner that doesn’t feel like a weeknight dinner. 🔥

Italian chicken sandwiches loaded with grilled peppers, onions, melted provolone, and a side of kettle chips — all done in about 45 minutes on the grill.

Simple steps. Big flavor. No drive-thru needed.

Get the peppers and onions right, melt the cheese at the end, and build everything while it’s hot.

Side Dish Series keeps rolling 🔥

These Grilled Parmesan Zucchini Boats are what happens when vegetables stop being polite.

Charred edges, melted Parmesan, garlic, herbs, breadcrumbs, and just enough smoke to make you forget you’re eating zucchini.

Cheesy. Charred. Savory. Built for barbecue plates.

This one splits backyard cooks right down the middle. 🔥

When it comes to poultry and pork, are you brining or skipping it entirely?

BRINE IT
More juice, deeper flavor, better tenderness… but extra prep time.

DON’T BRINE IT
Let the rub, smoke, and fire do all the work.

If you do brine it — what are you using?
Salt brine, sugar brine, buttermilk, apple cider, something else?

👇 Pick your side: BRINE IT or DON’T BRINE IT — and tell us your method.
