(Almost) 6 years of DIY, trial and error, and slowly turning this house into a home 🤍

Looking back at these before & afters is my reminder that we have done so much to this house even when it never feels like enough. I’m constantly wanting to change, upgrade, and compare to the beautifully finished homes I see online, but the reality is we’re building ours in a real-life timeline with a real-life budget.

Nothing here happened overnight. It’s been small projects, long gaps and doing what we can when we can (even more so now with a baby).

Still wanting to do so much but also trying to pause and appreciate how far we’ve come!
