While we have always been a commercial account with Milliken flooring, we have just committed to taking on a residential line of theirs that has some very beautiful and unique patterns. These will make excellent custom rugs at a great price point, and even work as a wall to wall installation. A bonus is that all patterns come 13‘6“ wide as well. Just finished our last residential job for 2024. A nice carpet replacement with two different styles.  Everyone here Builders Specialties would like to thank you for a great year and wishes everyone a safe and Happy New Year!!! We will be closed tomorrow for the 1st but back open Thursday, and hopefully start off 2025 just as nice as 2024 ended!

It’s been a long and great summer filled with lots of school and university work, on top of our usual commercial projects that we are always excited about finishing on time. However, sometimes we take just a little extra pleasure on a really well done residential job too.
