Running a small business is not always easy, but I truly love what I do and I appreciate every single customer who has supported me over the years. 💐

Recently, we had a difficult situation with a customer resulting in a negative review that does not reflect the level of care, communication, and quality service we provide every day. As a small online based business, we work hard to accommodate orders. During busy delivery days sometimes same day requests cannot be fulfilled depending on when the order was placed. However, we always make it right, including issuing refunds if ever needed.

If you have ever ordered from me and experienced service, I would truly appreciate you taking a moment to leave an honest review on our Google page or page. Positive reviews make a huge difference for small businesses like mine. I don't hassle my customers to leave a review but the last review was almost a year ago lol.

So I did a thing. Decorated an entire baby shower by myself. It came out beautifully and yes the flowers were fresh. Would I do it again? Heck to the no!! I love the luxury of making florals for events and dropping them off lol. 💕💕🫶🏽🫶🏽🧸🧸

Guys we are fully booked for Valentine's Day orders. Our website will remain open for orders starting the week of 2/19. If you have placed an order yesterday or today for delivery tomorrow, I have already sent your refund to you.
