𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲—𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲.

A large open room can feel expansive. It can also feel anonymous.

By introducing a series of architectural openings wrapped in dramatic black brick, this space transforms into something far more interesting—a collection of intimate moments connected by a common rhythm. Each framed opening draws your eye forward, creating depth, repetition, and a feeling of discovery as you move through the room.

The contrast is what makes it sing. Crisp white millwork softens the weight of the dark masonry, while warm brass accents add just enough glow to keep the palette feeling inviting rather than stark.

Proof that great design isn’t always about filling a space. Sometimes it’s about shaping how a space is experienced.

𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘆, 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱.

A dark wall instantly gives this space depth, but it’s the balance of materials that makes it feel complete — warm carved wood, oversized abstract art, sculptural lighting, black-framed mirrors, and soft neutral texture underfoot.

It’s a reminder that contrast doesn’t have to feel harsh. When the details are thoughtfully chosen, a bold backdrop can feel calm, collected, and beautifully livable.

A space doesn’t have to be loud to make an impact. In this living room, layered neutrals, warm wood tones, mixed metals, and soft textures work together to create a feeling that’s both elevated and approachable.

From the tailored wingback chair to the oversized linen drapery and collected tabletop styling, every detail was selected to make the room feel calm, grounded, and inviting the moment you walk in. 🤍

✨ Proof that simple doesn’t have to feel sterile.

This kitchen at The Fitzgerald Apartments in Bexley leans into contrast in all the right ways — crisp white shaker cabinetry, soft warm flooring, matte black accents, and oversized artwork that instantly gives the space personality and scale. Even with a neutral palette, the layering of texture keeps everything feeling warm, livable, and intentionally curated.

We especially love how the styling softens the clean architectural lines here. The greenery, upholstered counter seating, and statement pendant help the entire space feel elevated without losing that comfortable “home” feeling.

Beautiful spaces don’t always need more. Sometimes they just need balance.

For this sitting area inside our newly staged model at The Fitzgerald Apartments in Bexley, we leaned into soft contrast, sculptural forms, and rich texture to create a moment that feels quiet, grounded, and elevated all at once.

The deep navy velvet chair adds depth against the lighter palette while the fluted console, layered textiles, matte black accents, and oversized neutral artwork keep the space feeling modern and intentional without losing warmth. Every piece was selected to make the room feel calm, curated, and comfortably lived in from the very first glance.

Sometimes the smallest corners end up saying the most. 🤍

Recently staged at the brand new Fitzgerald Apartments in Bexley, this model home was designed to feel equal parts refined and relaxed. The oversized floral artwork brings energy and movement into the space while the warm wood tones, layered neutrals, and clean black accents keep everything grounded and contemporary.

We love how the natural light moves through the open-concept layout, softening the kitchen, dining, and living spaces into one seamless experience. Modern, elevated, and still completely approachable. 🤍
