It runs at 44 dBa, which in practice means you can have a conversation at the counter while it's going, and a soft blue LED projects the remaining wash time right onto the floor, so you know where the cycle stands without opening the door.
DuraWash® technology spins in two directions at once, so dishes get hit from more angles and come out clean the first time — no rinsing beforehand, no rewashing after. Four high-pressure bottle wash jets handle the narrow stuff, water bottles, carafes, anything a normal spray arm misses, and once the cycle ends, the door opens on its own to release steam and air out the mugs and deep dishes that never seem to dry on their own.
There's room for 16 place settings, racks that adjust for tall pots and platters, and a third rack up top for the utensils and small things that always used to get hand-washed. It's ENERGY STAR certified, so it does all that on less water and less energy.
