Tonight we had Philly Cheesesteak Sloppy Joes. Yep, absolutely delicious!
I added Epicure‘s Philly Cheesesteak seasoning & 1/2 cup of water to ground beef and green peppers. I then added a Tbsp of Our Montreal Steak Seasoning, Chili flakes & Garlic seasoning, and a tablespoon of beef broth and simmered until the sauce thickened. Fabulous!
This was a 15 minute meal!

OMG, I had to post, it’s been a while, This fabulous lunch I just made.
With Epicure’s lemon pepper seasoning I marinated two chicken tenders. While they were marinating I sautéed eggplant and zucchini with red pepper flakes, fresh oregano, fresh basil and Epicure‘s Italian seasoning.
While I sautéed the chicken, I threw some fresh pasta into boiling water & in 3 minutes the pasta was done. A couple minutes later the chicken was done and I deglazed the pan with white wine and lemon juice.
After tossing the pasta in with the vegetables I added fresh tomatoes, and added the chicken back to the deglazed pan.
I plated and ate. Absolutely delicious!

It’s one of those days that I need comfort, so I alway turn to lemon for the brightness it brings.
I used our Lemon Pepper on the chicken, made our Potato salad with a little lemon zest and sautéed spinach and drizzled with Lemon Balsamic.
Yes, I do feel better 😘
