We are so impressed with the floors we installed last fall from . We did a kitchen renovation, and have moved tons of furniture and had no problems. Plus we have 3 dogs and there hasn’t been any scratches that I know of from them running on it. That is not the case with hardwood or even laminate.

See our 1 day bathroom makeover for around $500. Nothing like having a having to rush to get it done for a party 🤪, always a motivator 🤣. Thanks to my hardworking hubby who knows how to wire light fixtures, paint and take out and put in a new vanity including the plumbing.

Spring has brought the most beautiful flowering branches 😍. (Thanks to my neighbors for letting me cut their pink cherry blossom 😉).
I noticed today that my peonies are starting to bud. I’m hoping they bloom before we move 🤞🏼🌸.
The countdown is on, 4 weeks from today we say goodbye 😭.

Our house went on the market last Friday and we had an offer Saturday! So, I guess it’s really happening if I’m ready or not 😬. I know my husband’s ready to move cause he has been driving back and forth every weekend 😱. No, we haven’t found a home in Charlotte yet. Prayers appreciated 🙏🏼. I thought I would share some pictures the realtor’s photographer took last week. Some spaces I’ve never shared on here. Just had another photo shoot today for a company I’m working with (more to come soon 😉) . I’ve been decorating and staging my kitchen , (my sweet neighbors even let me cut a few branches today). Enjoying taking some of my own pics to have for later. I’m sure I’ll be sharing them after I move cause the countdown is on. So grateful I had a few more months in my kitchen after we finished it.

Spring is here and it has brought lots of showers this week. Hopefully it will bring beautiful flowers soon. I can’t wait to see our trees bud so I can go cut branches again. I don’t think I shared this picture last year. Since some still photos are finally coming back, I thought I would throw this one out there and see how it does. I am decorating for spring now and realized Easter is only a few weeks away so I’m going to have to get out a few bunnies.

What’s the weather like where you are at? We had cold temperatures last week in the Outerbanks and Charlotte, I was so surprised.

Happy New Year friends!!!

Sharing a few Christmas pics I didn’t get to share. I got decorations up just in time for Christmas due to our kitchen reno. I’ll be sharing the reveal soon. *notice the difference from last year??*

I can’t believe it’s already 2023.
I, for one, am glad 2022 is behind us. It was one of the most stressful years for us, (which is why you didn’t see me post as much on here). With God’s provision and strength at just the right time we made it through. Things have not turned out as I thought or planned, but He has been teaching me to TRUST Him and his timing (Still a work in progress 😬). I have had to keep surrendering my desires and plans and TRUST He knows best. I have wanted answers to all my questions and prayers but sometimes it doesn’t come and I have to TRUST His silence is not because He doesn’t love me but that it keeps me near to his heart.

There are things I can complain about and be disappointed in these past few years but I want to choose gratitude. (Not that I always do)

I’m so thankful ……
*He has not given up on me at my worst. *He still loves me even when I am not lovable.
*His grace and mercy are never ending
*He hears my cries (even when I don’t get the answers I want )
*He knows me better than I know myself
*His plans are for my good, and for a hope and a future
*HE IS ENOUGH
*He gives strength and help when I’m weary
*He will never leave me or forsake me
*He forgives my sins and remembers them no more
*His love is everlasting and knows no bounds
*He is my helper and lifter of my soul
*He has provided so many miracles

This is know Jesus loves me so and I will praise Him in the highs and lows.

I hope my vulnerability will resonate with someone and you will reach out to the Father for all your needs, cares and concerns. He knows, He cares, He just wants you to tell Him. Come just as you are, He loves you so.
