Service Update

Our last day to accept sewing machines for service will be Friday, May 29th.

Completed machines must be picked up ASAP and no later than Friday, June 12th. Machines that are not picked up by this date will become the permanent property of Dee's.

For future service, customers can contact authorized dealers in the area for brand-specific service.

Dealer locations can typically be found on the manufacturer’s website using their dealer locator tools. In addition, we have been asked by many customers for Lindsay’s contact information, our service technician for the last several years:

📢We’re moving into the next phase of Dee’s Retirement Sale and have a few important updates to share.

We have begun to sunset our website, so all remaining retirement‑sale shopping will now take place in‑shoppe only. Inventory is changing quickly, and this helps keep everything accurate as we wind down.

If you have a gift card, please plan to use it by 5/31. Gift cards can be applied toward any remaining merchandise during this final stretch. All sales are final.

Machine sales and machine service will continue at the shoppe until further notice, so you can still bring your machines in while we work through this transition.

Thank you for your support throughout this process. We appreciate every visit and every kind word. We hope to see you in the shoppe soon.
