Judy Lea's Quilt Studio our lavender house is not a typical quilt shop - it's a place to learn the art of quilting and develop your creativity.

We are a a teaching studio that helps individuals learn the art of quilting and further develop their artistic skills. In conjunction with our classes we sell contemporary cotton quilting fabrics, dupioni silk, embellishments, thread, books and patterns, notions and tools. We also create quilts to customer specifications. In addition, we are vendors at quilt shows and provide guild programs and workshops.

SAVE THE DATE! We will be having a "pop up" sale next Saturday from 11 to 3 at the Studio. While our remaining fabric is selling well on EBAY, we still have lots left including batiks, serenity/diawabo Japanese fabric, black and whites, etc. 50% off the marked price on all items, additional 10% discount if you take the entire bolt (and there's lots of short bolts).

A huge thank you to all of our wonderful customers who made our studio a success!

We are now beginning the process of selling our remaining inventory (about 3,000 yards of fabric) on EBAY. Although we will not longer observe regular studio hours, you can call us to make an appointment for a bulk purchase of 50 yards or more. However, it's precuts or bolts and there will be a 3% fee for using a credit/debit card. Happy Quilting!

A big thank you to Judy Whitehead, Cindy McGee and the rest of the Lake Norman Quilters Guild for the great quilt show this weekend. Quilts were beautiful and having Lyric Kinnard at the show was an added bonus.
