We’re hiring again!
Wardell & Harper is looking for an administrative assistant to join our growing team. This role would include the following responsibilities:
-Managing social media and advertising
-Client outreach and communication support
-Utilizing a CRM software to upload documents, invoices, etc.
-Ordering, estimating support, meeting notes, etc.
We’re looking for applicants with the following qualities:
-Some professional experience in the construction industry. Whether it be field, office or sales experience, applicants must have basic knowledge of industry language and SOP’s.
-Computer skills including social media, website updates, etc.
-Experience with CRM’s not mandatory but a plus
-Ability to multitask and a team player
